Q Power Enterprises, Inc. (“Q Power,” “we,” “us”) is a family-owned electrical infrastructure contractor based in El Paso, Texas. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website at qpowerenterprises.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have.
We collect only what we need to respond to you, scope and deliver work, and consider employment interest. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your mobile number with anyone for their marketing.
Information you give us. When you use our contact or careers forms, call us, or text us, you may provide:
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the Site and the platform that hosts it may collect basic technical data — IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and referring page — through server logs and similar technologies, used for security and to understand how the Site is used.
If you provide your phone number through our forms or by contacting us, you consent to receive calls and text messages from Q Power Enterprises related to your inquiry, project, or application — for example follow-ups on a quote request, scheduling, or employment openings.
SMS program disclosures: Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use cases exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above — responding to an inquiry, the life of a project and its required records, or an application kept on file — and as required by law, then delete or de-identify it.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to a business of our size, and our hosting providers maintain their own security programs. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
To exercise any of these, contact us using the details in Section 12. We will verify your request and respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law.
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
The Site may link to third-party websites (for example, Google Fonts serves the Site’s typefaces). Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we do not control and are not responsible for.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the latest version, and material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
